hello all
right now i am working on an native application and i am implementing
accessibility in to it. I am receiving different behavior in different
version of android while setting default focus when application is open for
the first time.
in android 6.0.1 tested on Nexus 6P, focus is moving inside the application
on first actionable item however, in android 7.0(tested on Nexus 6), focus
is on whole application. is there any code or techniqee which can provide
similar experience in both the version?

Simple question here.
 
I am wanting to develop a page turning animation for my application and I
happened upon this excellent looking tutorial which appears to answer my
every need:

The only issue though is that I'm not sure how to run the example. The
tutorial gives the instructions "If you want to jump ahead and see a full
working example, download
<https://developer.android.com/shareables/training/Animations.zip> and run
the sample app and select the Screen Slide example." however the downloaded
package doesn't contain any gradle files or anything that lets Android
Studio know what to do. Could someone tell me how one is supposed to
import the supplied files into Android Studio. I'm sure it's not hard, I
just don't know how to do it myself and am having trouble working it out.

I found serval bug related to the syntax checker with c++ code in the
Android Studio. I filed bugs to both Google and JetBrain, but no
response...maybe it is due to the holiday.
 
I want to know where is the right place to file c++ code editing related
bug for Android Studio.
 
A few examples:

user.set_username(response_json["userName"]);
 
The IDE thinks using string for indexer is wrong, but it woks perfectly
with the compiler.

The IDE thinks I should add a second template parameter to the vector<>
type. But the second template parameter has a default definition, and the
compiler works well with it.

*Position Summary:* The Agile Coach will lead the organization through a
transition to an Agile development process by also serving as the Scrum
Master for the organization's first Agile project. The position will
interface with cross functional team members to coach them to adopt Agile
methods and mindsets. The coach will establish and maintain team norms. The
coach will assess and assist overcoming organizational impediments in the
team's unique environment.

· Make decisions and set priorities consistent with the long-term

*Qualifications:*
 
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
 
· Eight years of IT and project management experience, including
multiple Agile roles (product owner, scrum master, etc.), scaling Agile and
transferring Agile knowledge
 
· Agile designations preferred
 
· Exceptional knowledge of all aspects of Agile concepts
 
· Experience with Agile-related programming techniques preferred
 
· Good knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts and
procedures
 
· Strong interpersonal skills and teaching abilities
 
· Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal
skills
 
· Proven organizational, leadership, problem-solving and analytical
abilities

*Summary/Objective *The operations manager position manages local
scheduling and real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of
resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction,
productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals.
 
*Essential Functions*

1. Oversees daily activities of Associate center scheduling analysts and
Associate center operations Coordinators to maximize scheduling and
real-time utilization of resources; analyzes and recommends part-time,
flexible and full-time employee mix for the site.
2. Interfaces with central operations management to ensure smooth
-coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence;
provides input on local conditions, identifies needs and receives direction
on real-time staffing increases or decreases.
3. Ensures operations coordinators manage schedule adherence notifying
and escalating within the site and within the network as warranted; ensures
communication of real-time staffing changes to network operations
coordinators.
4. Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities
during systems problems, disasters, etc.; identifies potential problems,
troubleshoots, escalates issues to local and network management, and
participates in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future
process improvements.
5. Approves schedules developed by the center scheduling analysts and
works with local management to communicate and fill schedules and handle
exceptions.
6. Reviews ongoing performance results to targets. Takes corrective
measures with authorization, escalate as needed.
7. Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as
appropriate.
8. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective
mariner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the
overall objectives of this position.
9. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company
employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working
climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity,
and efficiency/effectiveness.
10. Projects a favorable image of the companies to promote its aims and
