<p><strong>Job Description :</strong><br></p> <p>The performance team uses high-end integrated production like infrastructure testing environment for following use cases:</p> <p>- Certify application code Releases and note any performance impacts under production like workloads.</p> <p>- Verify impact of any Infrastructure changes and under production like workloads.</p> <p>- Validate fail-over/recovery scenario and measure any impact to response times/interruption during execution of these scenario's</p> <p>- Find processing ceilings to prepare organization for high volume card transaction days (like Black Friday, holiday season) or mergers.</p> <p>- Find opportunities to make application/infrastructure more efficient</p> <p>- Pinpoint the bottlenecks, memory leaks ahead of time to help increase application performance.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>- 5 -7 years professional experience in Performance Engineering for large scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment</p> <p>- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task</p> <p>- Experience in developing VU Scripts for performance testing</p> <p>- Experience of LoadRunner &amp; Performance Center</p> <p>- Experience in developing Performance Test Plans and Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities.</p> <p>- Experience in performance testing Web-based, Middleware and Mainframe applications on different environments</p> <p>- Experience in Linux and Windows environments</p> <p>- Experience with any Monitoring tools - Sitescope, Wily Introscope or other Java monitoring tools</p> <p>- Must have experience preparing and presenting test results and reports.</p> <p>- Self-starter capability, ability to acquire new skills autonomously.</p> <p>- Good communication skills</p> <p>- Extensive technical problem-solving skills</p> <p>- Experience in software quality assurance, defect tracking, and test strategy development</p> <br><br> <a href="http://www.job4tech.com/jobs/589052-performance-engineer-at-mergen-it?utm_source=JA47-Down&utm_medium=Groups-email&utm_campaign=Job-Alerts"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/hh3Zxn3.png" border="0" alt="Submit Resume"></a><hr>
